The proposal matches the elegant neighborhood: the refinement of the building, the atmosphere, the bar combined with a gourmet menu that is frequently renewed make up a pretty outstanding option. The food is at the hands of Chef Hernán Griccini, representative of the New Argentine Cuisine (former chef at Hyatt Mendoza and Oviedo). Wines, fruits, oils, herbs and marmalades come from Algodón Wine Estates, a partner property in Mendoza. At noon, the restaurant offers a three course menu that changes every day and at night, the menu turns more sophisticated with a seven course tasting menu which is highly recommended. The wine list (some labels are from Algodón Winery) and the bread are outstanding as well as the impeccable service provided by the restaurant staff.
